API Reference

List all collaborations: Returns a list of collaborations from your organization.
List all contact requests: Returns a list of the contact requests in a given period or for a specific property, if no parameters are provided all the contact requests will be returned
Create a contact request: Creates or updates a new lead in EasyBroker that is interested in the provided property.
List all contacts: Returns a list of contacts from your organization.
Retrieve a contact: Returns the detailed information of a contact from your EasyBroker account.
Update a contact (Beta): Updates an existing contact in your EasyBroker account. Only the fields you send are modified. For emails, phones, addresses and tags, the value you send fully replaces the current list — matching entries are preserved, missing entries are removed and new entries are appended (order is ignored). This endpoint is still in beta, please contact our support team if you have any problem or want to share any feedback.
List all property features: Returns a list of the property features available in your organization’s country. You can also provide a locale parameter to define the language you want the name of the features to be in.
List all property listing statuses: Returns a list of property listing statuses from your organization. If you have an MLS API plan, you can also get your collaborators’ listing statuses for all their published properties and the properties unpublished in the last month.
Retrieve a location: Retrieve a location name and the childs of a given location <neighborhood, city, state>. If no parameter provided, the states from the country registered in your account will be returned.
List all properties: Returns a list of properties from your organization.
Create a property (Beta): Creates a new property in your EasyBroker account, which will be published to all your connected apps. This endpoint is still in beta, please contact our support team if you have any problem or want to share any feedback.
Retrieve a property: Returns the detailed information of a property from your EasyBroker account.
Update a property (Beta): Updates an existing property in your EasyBroker account. This endpoint is still in beta, please contact our support team if you have any problem or want to share any feedback.
List all property types: Returns a list of the property types from your organization’s country. You can also provide a locale parameter to define the language you want the name of the property types to be in.
List all users: Returns a list of active users from your organization.
Retrieve an agent: Returns the detailed information of an agent assigned to a property.
Create a contact request: Creates a new lead in EasyBroker interested in the provided property.
List all listing statuses for properties.: Returns a paginated light-weight list of listing statuses which can be used for synchronizing new properties, property updates and status changes. The pagination limit is 100 for this endpoint to assist in faster syncs.
Retrieve a property: Returns the detailed information of a property linked to your integration
Update a property integration: Updates the property integration status on EasyBroker for a given property to sync with the listing status on your website.
